Terms and Conditions
- Parking is available on month-to-month or longer term rental. There are no daily or hourly parking rentals available.
- Each renter will be assigned ONE stall based on their requests; however, they may have unlimited vehicles assigned to that stall.
- Each assigned stall can be shared among multiple individuals.
- Each renter agrees to park in their assigned stall only.
- Parking stalls are reserved for only the cars and license plates provided to us.
- Payments must be made 2 weeks before the beginning of the month or parking reservations may be forfeited.
- We reserve the right to change your stall with 30 days notice.
- Monthly parking rental fees are subject to change, but are currently:
- $65 per month
- Violations of the parking agreement may result in fines or towing at the car owner’s expense.
