Terms and Conditions

  • Parking is available on month-to-month or longer term rental
  • Each renter will be assigned ONE stall based on their requests; however, they may have unlimited vehicles assigned to that stall.
  • Parking stalls are reserved for only the cars and license plates provided to us.
  • Payments must be made 2 weeks before the beginning of the month or parking reservations may be forfeited.
  • Cancellations must be made 30 days in advance.
  • We reserve the right to change your stall with 30 days notice.
  • Monthly parking rental fees are subject to change, but are currently:
    • Fuel Efficient Vehicles: $45 per month (Including GST)
    • Regular Vehicles: $65 per month (Including GST)
  • Violations of the parking agreement may result in fines or towing at the car owner’s expense.
